To give you a great brand we need a solid understanding of your plans. Through our discovery stage we interview you to understand your vision, customers, competitors, brand difference & goals. We’ll give you a written brief based on this to approve. Your answers will inform everything we do.
Once you agree the brief, we’ll create two or three logo design options and style boards, depending on the package you choose. These will be on-brief and appropriate to your needs. All you need to do is choose the best solution for your business.
We want to you to be completely happy with your brand, so, if needed we take on board your feedback and refine your chosen option prior to sign-off.
We then develop your other assets. We’ll create your business cards, letterhead, email signatures and social media pack to get your business going. We’ll also supply high-res industry-standard files of your logo for you to use in print, online, and anywhere else.
We’ll get started building your website in Webflow, Squarespace or Shopify, depending on what you need it to do. From here you’ll be invited to share any photography or content you’d like to be included in the website. We’ll find images to suit your package too. Your website will be designed to match your brand and appeal to your target audience.
Before you launch, the last step is to supply you with a brand style guide to help keep your brand consistent. This includes details on logo usage, brand colours, images, fonts and more.

Generally the process takes approximately 3–4 weeks from start to finish. However, we can often speed this up – depending on your needs and our studio capacity.
Not really. Most of our clients are New Zealand based, but we have worked with clients in the US, Asia and UK. We primarily work online, as there’s generally no need for face-to-face meetings. We communicate as needed via email, video call and phone. That said, if you want to visit us, you’d be very welcome.
We generally use Squarespace due to its ease of use, and customisation options. For some sites we use Webflow. Our e-commerce sites are built with Shopify, which has incredibly versatile online retail capabilities that suit our clients.
Sure. We know that thinking of a name you can use can be difficult. Then you have to buy the domain and register the trademark. We can help you with this. Having a memorable name will give your business real traction.
